TULSA, OK -- A potential candidate for Tulsa mayor has set a news conference for Thursday. Dewey Bartlett, Jr., is a former Tulsa City Councilor and ran for mayor in 1992.
He's been rumored to be a candidate for the Republican nomination.
Bartlett is the president of Keener Oil & Gas Company based in Tulsa.
