OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- A Broken Arrow woman claims victory as a bill becomes a law. Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry signed a bill into law that improves protection for people who get a bad car.
Nick-named the Lemon Law Lady, Angie Gallant lobbied for five years for the bill. She bought a lemon and fought General Motors for 10 months to get a replacement.
