Testimony Begins In Taylor Trial

TULSA, OK -- Testimony begins in the trial of A man accused in a deadly shooting.  Opening statements got underway Tuesday in the case against Lawrence Taylor.

Prosecutors say Taylor shot and killed 22-year-old Joe Gomez in April 2008.  His body was found in a car near the Eagle Point Apartments in Tulsa.  Anthony Baltazar, 25, was also shot, but survived.

Taylor is charged with first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. He's being held without bond.
