TULSA, OK -- Police have released the name of a man found dead in the front yard of a Tulsa duplex on Monday morning.
The Tulsa Police Department has identified the victim as 52-year-old Kevin Woodruff, a former Midland, Texas resident. He was reportedly homeless and had been staying at the duplex.
Two Tulsa residents, Leon VanTrees and Shelby Weston, have been arrested in connection with his death.
