TULSA, OK -- Three men connected with a corruption investigation at Tulsa City Hall appeared in federal court on Thursday.

Larry Baker, Kenneth Shoemaker and Stuart Franklin all pled not guilty to the charges against them, including conspiracy.
The arraignment for defendant Albert Martinez was delayed until next week because he was out of state and unable to travel in because of weather.
