TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa County Fair Board has a new member. The Board of Tulsa County Commissioners voted on Tuesday to appoint Mike Spradling to the board.
Spradling owns a farm in Sand Springs and is president of the Oklahoma Farm Bureau. He replaces Jim Orbison, a Tulsa attorney who'd been on the board since 1981.
