KAY COUNTY - Some pit bulls confiscated from a Kay County man could be getting a second chance.  A pit bull advocacy group out of California called Bad Rap is in Oklahoma assessing which of the 102 pit bulls could be rehabilitated.

The same group dealt with Michael Vick's fighting dogs.  The lucky ones will be spayed and neutered.  The other ones will likely be put down.
