Man Arrested In Baby's Death

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police arrested a man the day after Thanksgiving for murdering his girlfriend's 7-month-old daughter.

Joseph Henry, 23, is in jail on a first degree murder complaint.

Police say he admitted shaking and roughly throwing the child into the air, because he was frustrated she wouldn't stop crying. The girl's mother was asleep in the other room.

Both parents are out-of-state students at Rhema.
