Murdock Arrested On Charges Of Sexual Battery

A prominent Oklahoma City attorney is on the other side of the law.  Dan Murdock tells The News On 6 he was arrested Saturday night on charges of sexual battery.

Murdock is the general counsel for the Oklahoma Bar Association. It is not clear what Murdock is accused of doing in Remington Park Saturday, only that it was of a sexual nature. 

Ironically, it was Murdock acting in his role as general counsel for the bar association who brought the case against controversial attorney Mike Gassaway.

Gassaway was permanently disbarred two weeks ago for among other things, sexual misconduct.

Murdock's attorney says Murdock denies any wrongdoing and does not intend to resign right now.
