There are new Developments in the case against a former Northeast Oklahoma District Attorney. Richard Gray served as DA in Wagoner, Adair, Cherokee and Sequoyah counties.
He was on trial for embezzlement last week, but in the middle of the trial the judge dropped the charges against him saying prosecutors failed to prove their case.
The Attorney General's office is appealing the judge's decision.
Gray was accused of stealing money seized in drug raids. He says he didn't do it and instead blames a former investigator.
