The suspect accused of killing Cori Baker wants the case thrown out. Marquis Bullock's attorney filed a motion late Thursday with a laundry list of reasons why the murder charges against him should be dropped.
They argue none of Cori's blood was found in Bullock's car, apartment or on his clothing. They say police haven't produced a murder weapon, there's no confession and witnesses cannot even positively identify him as the man who picked Cori up from school last November.
Cori's remains were found a few months ago in Creek County. Prosecutors can respond to the motion before a judge rules.
