Jurors are trying to determine the fate of convicted child killer, Kevin Underwood. He faces the death penalty. It took the same jurors less than 30 minutes to convict Underwood in the 2006 murder of his 10-year-old neighbor Jamie Rose Bolin last Friday.

One of the prosecutor's final witnesses Friday morning was a forensic psychologist who said he still believes Underwood is dangerous and would remain a threat in prison or society.

Defense witnesses have testified that although Underwood would be a danger if released, his mental illnesses are treatable with medication.

Jurors will decide if Underwood should be put to death or receive a life sentence in prison, either with or without the possibility of parole.
