Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Injured

ARDMORE, Okla. (AP) -- Police are investigating the shooting death of a man outside an Ardmore apartment complex, while the suspected shooter is recovering after being shot by police.
Ardmore Police found a man shot to death outside the complex about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
As police were responding to the scene, Lt. Eric Hamblin says the suspected shooter was spotted nearby trying to steal a car at gunpoint.
Hamblin says that man was shot by police and underwent surgery late Wednesday.
He says neither man's identity is being released.
