OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ All three place-kickers at Oklahoma's Division One colleges are on the watch list for the Lou Groza Award.

Oklahoma's Garrett Hartley, Oklahoma State's Jason Ricks and Tulsa's Jarod Tracy are among the 30 college kickers named to the preseason list.

The Groza Award is named for NFL Hall-of-Fame kicker Lou ``The Toe'' Groza and given each year to the nation's top college kicker.

Hartley made 19 of 20 field goals and 49 of 50 extra points and was one of three finalists for the award last year. Ricks converted 10 of 12 field goals and 47 of 49 extra points. Tracy converted 11 of 12 field goals and 43 of 45 extra points.
