MARKHAM, Ontario (AP) _ Former Oklahoma State golfer Hunter Mahan had three eagles on his way to tying a Canadian Open record with a 62 for a two-shot lead going into today's second round.
Mahan chipped in on two par fours for eagles and hit a 10-foot putt for eagle on a par five as he shot a 62 to lead Steve Allan in the tournament in Markham, Ontario.
Former Cowboy Bo Van Pelt is at 5-under 66 while former Oklahoma Sooner Glen Day and Oklahoma City native Tag Ridings each begin today at 4-under.
Former OSU Cowboy Bob Tway is in a group at 2-under.
