MOSCOW (AP) -- Oklahoma star Courtney Paris and the U.S. under-21 women's basketball team clinch a spot in the quarterfinal round with an 81-62 win Tuesday over Spain in the World Championships.
Paris had eight points and a game-high 10 rebounds in 13 minutes of action for the U.S. team, which is 4-and-oh in group play with one game remaining, against Japan Wednesday.
The U.S. team already has clinched the group title. The quarterfinals will be on Friday, the semifinals on Saturday and the championship game on Sunday.
