An investigation continues at the Tulsa County jail. Authorities arrested correctional officer Dustin Holley[pictured] Wednesday night.

Holley had worked for Corrections Corporation of America since December of last year. A CCA spokesman tells us that during a visual check of employeeâ€™s cars security officers saw what appeared to be a gun under the seat of his car.

Holley gave the staff permission to search the vehicle, and when they did, they found a small bag of marijuana.

Holley resigned from his position and is facing charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
