DENVER (AP) _ Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan is still waiting for Tatum Bell to show up.

The running back from Oklahoma State is the only Broncos draft pick who hasn't signed a contract -- and the team's in the thick of training camp.

Shanahan says the Broncos haven't had a situation like this in ten years. He's concerned that Bell is missing critical meetings and practices.

Twelve-year veteran Garrison Hearst doesn't think the practices will be as hard to make up as Shanahan says.

He says Bell has only missed two practices and has been to both mini camps.
