A Tulsa man has pleaded guilty as an accessory to manslaughter in the dismemberment of his former step-son.

40-year-old Scott Epp says he helped conceal the body of Brian Gray last year. Brian was shot by his brother Craig Gray. Epp says he took Brian's body to Stephens County, where he dismembered it to avoid arrest and detection. He'll be sentenced later.

Craig Gray pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He was given 5 years in prison, and 10 years supervised probation.
