Three Broken Arrow residents were killed in a two-car accident early Wednesday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Sandra Thompson, Jerry Thompson and Kyle Coughran died when their car crossed the median on I-40 in western Oklahoma. Troopers say they were hit by a motor home.

The driver and passenger in the motor home were not seriously injured.
