The last of three co-defendants charged in connection with the death of an ORU student has reached a plea agreement.
Denver Crandall was killed in December 2002 during a fight outside Tulsa's Cloud Nine Club. Josh Johnson, Robert Beck and Josh Schemm were all charged for the death.
Wednesday, Johnson pleaded no contest to assault and battery. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and 83 days of probation.
Beck and Schemm have already served jail time. They are now on probation for their part in Crandall's death.
