Tulsa Police have a pile of precious metal worth about $100,000. The problem is they don't know who the owner is.
Police arrested John Rogers for trying to sell stolen metals to a steel company this weekend. They say what they recovered is a rare, high temperature metal used to make aircraft parts and high pressure valves in the petroleum industry.
Tulsa Police detective JJ Gray: "Only a few businesses in the Tulsa area could use this. If it's you, we'd like you to inventory your stock and see if any of it has been stolen in the past week or so."
If you’re missing this type of precious metal, from your inventory, call Tulsa Police.
