Tulsa City Council candidate Roscoe Turner will have another day in court. Turner lost the February election to fellow Democrat David Patrick by four votes.

He wanted a recount and got one but still lost by three votes. Turner then asked Tulsa County District Court judge Thomas Gillert to consider voting irregularities in the district but the judge refused. Turner took his case to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Tuesday, the justices ordered Gillert to hold a hearing on the irregularities. It's set for Friday morning.
