Stephens' homer came in the first inning as the Horned Frogs (2-4) jumped out to a 4-0 lead. Neuman's homer came in the sixth and gave TCU a 7-1 lead. Estrada had two singles in TCU's six-run seventh inning.
TCU's 14 runs off 22 hits were both season highs.
Starter Ryan Weems (2-0) retired seven of the first eight batters he faced. He limited Oklahoma State to three runs on eight hits.
Rod Allen had a three-run homer for Oklahoma State (2-2) in the bottom of the eighth.
Oklahoma State starter Scott Richmond (0-1) took the loss. He gave up six runs on 11 hits.
