(Key Biscayne, Florida-AP) -- Two-time champion Monica Seles has withdrawn from the Nasdaq-100 Open in Key Biscayne, Florida. Seles says she hasn't fully recovered from a stress fracture in her left foot.
Seles first injured the foot during practice last month.
