A nine-month old Claremore baby died over the weekend and Claremore Police say it was murder and arrested the girl's father.

Officers say 37-year-old Benjamin Cole implicated himself in the murder during an interview on Saturday. Police say a 911 call came in on Friday, saying Brianna Cole wasn't breathing.

After an autopsy, the medical examiner ruled it a homicide. Cole is in the Rogers County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.
