(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State's Luke Phillips is one of 30 placekickers on the list for the Lou Groza Award.

The kickers on the list were chosen based on last year's statistics and this year's pre-season expectations.

Phillips -- a junior-- converted 15 of 17 field goals last season and was perfect on 27 extra-point tries.

He led the Cowboys in scoring with 72 points and was fourth in the NCAA among kickers with at least 15 attempts.

The Groza award goes to the nation's top placekicker and will be presented December tenth in West Palm Beach, Florida.
