The University of Oklahoma basketball team has its first oral commitment for the 2002-2003 season.
Minnesota high school player Lawrence McKenzie says he'll sign with the Sooners.
The 6-foot-2-inch McKenzie plays both point and shooting guard. He averaged 15 points, five assists and two steals as a junior last season.
