A high school principal will be suspended with pay while an investigation takes place looking into his arrest on drug complaints. Watts High School Principal Joe Weaver and his wife Carolyn were arrested in their Cleora home over the weekend. They're charged with a number of drug counts, include cultivation of marijuana, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Both were freed from the Delaware County jail after posting a $12,000 bond each. Carolyn Weaver is a teacher in the Afton school district.
