A Rogers County judge has sentenced a man to death for killing his 9-month-old daughter.

40-year-old Benjamin Cole Senior said nothing as he was sentenced. Cole was convicted of first degree murder in October. According to testimony, Brianna Cole was killed because her crying interrupted Cole as he played a video game.

Doctors say the girl's back was broken. Her aorta ruptured, causing her to bleed to death 2 years ago.
