AVONDALE, Ariz. (AP) _ An Oklahoma man stands to win one (m) million dollars if driver Jamie McMurray wins tomorrow's NASCAR race in Phoenix.
Clarence Moody of Mustang is one of three finalists in a ChevronTexaco promotion celebrating the 100th anniversary of Havoline.
The 76-year-old qualified for the contest by randomly drawing McMurray's 10th-place starting position.
He's a retired civil servant who worked at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City for 30 years.
Although he's been a NASCAR fan for a long time, Moody says it's the first time he's been able to attend a race.
