OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Former Oklahoma County Commissioner Jim Roth was formally sworn in as a state Corporation Commissioner Monday afternoon. Governor Brad Henry appointed Roth to succeed former Corporation Commissioner Denise Bode.

Bode resigned to start a new foundation which will promote the use of natural gas.
