BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) _ Corey Brown hits 2-home runs and posts a career-high 6-RBIs Sunday to lead Oklahoma State to a 19-4 romp over Ball State in the Florida Atlantic University Beach Ball Bash.
Tyler Mach went 4-6 and Rebel Riding went 2-5 with 3-RBIs for OSU, which had 18 hits and improved to 5-1.
The Cowboys scored in all but 2-of their 8-at-bats against Ball State, which committed 5-errors.
Brown's 3-run home run off Jay Broughton in the 2nd inning gave OSU a 5-0 lead, and the Cowboys led 7-0 before Ball State's Ryan Chenoweth hit a solo home run in the 5th inning.
Brown also hit a 2-run homer in the 8th inning.
Andrew Oliver allowed 3-hits and struck out 5-in 5-innings to pick up the pitching win for the Cowboys.
Ball State falls to 0-4.
