Riley averaged 19.5 points, 4-rebounds, 3-steals and 6.5-assists per game in wins last week over Texas and Missouri.
Texas A-&M guard A'Quonesia Franklin is the Big 12 women's player of the week after leading the Aggies to wins over Missouri and Oklahoma.
