A swearing-in ceremony for two Tulsa County public servants.

Two newly elected Tulsa County commissioners took their oaths of office Wednesday. John Smaligo and Fred Perry were sworn in as their families looked on.

The new commissioners will form two-thirds of the Tulsa County Commission and replace Bob Dick and Wilbert Collins.
