OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Millwood High School quarterback Gerald Jones says he'll play college football at Tennessee.

Jones is choosing the Volunteers over Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Notre Dame and Florida and says he's liked Tennessee since his visit there earlier this month.

Jones says he also has a close relationship with Tennessee receiver Robert Meacham who's from Tulsa.

Jones expects to play receiver for the Vols.

Verbal commitments aren't binding. The signing period is in February.
