NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma basketball players say they're starting to pick up new coach Jeff Capel's offensive and defensive systems.

Guard David Godbold says it took a few days to learn but the players are now getting the fundamentals.

Godbold says the Sooners should be close to midseason form for next Tuesday's exhibition game against Oklahoma Christian.
