OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- First-degree murder charges have been filed in Oklahoma County against four men in the execution-style slayings of four people on Memorial Day.
Gilbert Ray Postelle, David Bradford Postelle, Earl Bradford Postelle and Randal Wade Byus were also charged yesterday with conspiracy to commit a felony in connection with the deaths.
The victims -- James Alderson, Terry Smith, James Swindle and Amy Wright -- were found May 30th outside a cluster of mobile homes in southeast Oklahoma City. Officials say they were shot repeatedly with an assault-style weapon.
Gilbert and David Postelle are brothers and Earl Postelle is their father. Investigators believe the shootings stem from the sons' lingering anger over a 2004 motorcycle accident that injured their father.
