The Muskogee City Council has approved $290,000 in incentives for two companies in a move that could create nearly 400 jobs.

Acme Engineering and Manufacturing Corporation is getting $140,000 and plans to add 138 jobs while Southwind Homes will get $150,000 and expects to hire up to 250 employees.
