Tulsa Police have arrested two suspects in Tulsa's 18th homicide of the year.

Homicide detectives booked one of the suspects into the Tulsa County jail Thursday evening. Keeandre Scott is being held without bond on a complaint of first degree murder in the shooting death of Johnny Chinn earlier this week.

Chinn was gunned down in front of two dozen witnesses Tuesday evening in the 2700 block of North Norfolk. Tulsa Police believe the murder was drug related.

Eric Johnson is also being held without bond on a first degree murder complaint. Police records show Johnson told detectives he killed Chinn. The report says Scott took Chinn's vehicle and ran over Chinn.

Records also show Johnson told police he and Scott abandoned the vehicle at a trash dump.
