Fat Joe & French Montana Sued for “All the Way Up”

Fat Joe and French Montana are being sued by rapper Fly Havana who claims he was a co-writer on “All the Way Up” and wants his cut of the profits.

According to reports, Fly Havana apparently co-wrote the song in 2015 and reached out to Fat Joe about getting his share of the money.

Havana says that Fat Joe wrote him a check for $5000 and promised he’d give him more but has yet to deliver on that promise.
