2 Detained After Police Chase Near Midwest City

Two people were detained after a police chase near Midwest City.

The chase ended on the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near Sunnylane Road.

The suspect vehicle, a white pickup, was heavily damaged after it hit a concrete barrier and rolled over.

The vehicle continued to drive at a slow rate of speed after it landed back on its four wheels.

The pickup drove onto the shoulder of the highway and two people surrendered to officers.

Officers said the chase began in McLoud before it ended near Midwest City.
