SCOTUS Hears Case That Could Impact Tribal Land Crimes In Oklahoma

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments Monday in a case that could have major ramifications for Oklahoma.

Not only could it affect how major crimes in parts of the state are prosecuted in the future, it could potentially undo hundreds, if not thousands, of convictions.
