Police have arrested a man accused of murder following the death of a 14-year-old last month in Enid.
According to police, on January 31, Damon Robinson, 19, and 14-year-old Ezavier Lee Condit attempted to force their way into a home located near 16th Street and Park Avenue to steal medical marijuana.
A resident inside the home fired shots at the suspects as they ran away. Police said one of the bullets hit and killed Condit.

Police arrested Robinson Wednesday, February 19 on a complaint of first degree murder in the death of Condit.
According to the news release, in Oklahoma when a person dies in commission of a felony, other persons involved in the commission of that crime can be charged with murder.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
