Tinker Air Force Base reported Wednesday its third confirmed COVID-19 case in the last three days. The total number of cases reported by the base has risen to 37.
The latest case is a civilian who has been teleworking since May 19. The base reported Monday that a contractor, who has been in quarantine since May 28, tested positive for the virus.
Another contractor, who has been in quarantine since May 29, was confirmed to have COVID-19 on Tuesday.
The base reported just 10 new positive cases between April 22 and May 27. However, four new cases of COVID-19 have been reported at Tinker Air Force Base since June 4.
Tinker Air Force Base reported its first case of COVID-19 on March 25.
