A Norman City Councilwoman is facing an obstruction charge after being arrested outside President Trump's campaign rally in Tulsa Saturday.

Tulsa police arrested Scott after officers said they found her climbing a flag pole outside the BOK Center before the President's rally.

The report says she used straps and climbing gear. It says she refused to come down when police asked her to and instead climbed higher.

It also says some people with Scott tried to block officers from getting to her. But the report says officers eventually managed to cut Scott's strap to get her down and arrest her.

Scott bonded out of jail shortly after being booked Saturday.

On Twitter Sunday, she wrote she and another person are safe and sound thanks to The Bail Project. The Bail Project is a non-profit that pays bail for people in need, according to its website.

In the past few months Scott has been very vocal about her feelings and frustrations with police.

In May, she called police out on Twitter about 911 called she reportedly made to report a stalker.

She wrote, "Tell me why I had to go full Karen on some cops last night to get them to take my safety seriously and file a police report. They further endangered me."

Scott is supposed to end her term as a councilwoman in about two weeks. She's now running for State Senate.
