Eufaula is Oklahoma's largest lake. If you're heading there this summer, you may want to stay at Xtreme RV Resort.

"It's all family-oriented so I don't have to worry about my kid. We've been here long enough that everybody knows her," said camper Greg Smith.

Xtreme RV has 100 RV pads with full hook-ups including WIFI. It's a gated community where you can stay for a few days or even several weeks. There is a storm shelter that can hold 200 people and plenty of outdoor fun.

"We have a nice playground, volleyball and basketball courts," Xtreme RV General Manager Dan Kirby said.

They also have one of the largest outdoor concert venues for miles.

"We've had some of the biggest acts around. Willie Nelson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Joan Jett, Cross Canadian Ragweed have all played at the amphitheater," said Kirby.

There's also a Vegas-sized swimming pool where live music is played on weekends and where locals love coming during the week.

"We enjoy coming here. It's relaxing, and we love getting the sun," said visitor Sheryl Bichsel.

If the weather is bad, you don't have to worry. You can head to the indoor, heated pool. It's up to 5-feet deep and fun for kids of all ages. Once you get tired of swimming, you can go inside and enjoy the movie theater. It seats about 50 people, and not only can you watch movies on the big screen, but you can watch your own shows on Hulu or Netflix.

If you don't have an RV, don't worry. There are also two-bedroom condos that are fully furnished. Some have a great view of Eufaula Cove.

Then just a hop, skip and a jump away is Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. You hang out by the pool, bury yourself in a mountain of bubbles, do daily crafts or take a ride on an old fire engine. The park has something for little kids up to teenagers.

"Mainly, just get out here and breathe this fresh air, get outside, get some sun," Jellystone Park General Manager Janey Romine said.

They also have 27 fully-furnished cabins that sleep six, featuring a loft for the kids. Romine said they pride themselves on being family-friendly. And the star of the show is the water park on the lake.

People can test their ninja warrior skills with monkey bars, trampolines, slides and much more, playing, climbing and hitting the water. If you just want to take it easy, you can take a kayak across the cove or if you're feeling a little more adventurous, you could do a paddleboard.
