1 In Custody After Overnight Pursuit In SW OKC

Oklahoma City Police said one man is in custody after an overnight pursuit that ended near Southwest 44th Street and South Agnew Avenue.

Officers say it started as a traffic stop near Southwest 15th Street and South Council Road.

Police followed the suspect when he drove off and used stop sticks to flatten one of his tires.

The suspect ran off into a nearby creek where he was arrested.

The suspects name has not been released at this time.
