1 Dead, 2 In Critical Condition After Crash In Dewey County

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers said one man is dead and two people are in critical condition after a crash Tuesday in Dewey County near Oakwood.

Troopers said Christian Muro, 21, was driving southeast on US Highway 270 when he entered the northwest lanes, hitting another driver.

The driver of the second vehicle, Gary Bird, 70, died at the scene.

Muro and a passenger in Bird's vehicle were transported to OU Medical Center in critical condition.
