Woman Charged With 1st Degree Manslaughter After Deadly Crash

A woman has been charged with first degree manslaughter after a deadly crash that happened on July 17, 2020.

According to official documents, Erin Taylor has been charged with first degree manslaughter, child endangerment, and DUI.

Broken Arrow Police said the crash happened near West Kenosha and 129th East Avenue at night on July 17th.

Police said Taylor failed to yield while making a turn and hit a motorcyclist who was going east on Kenosha. Police also stated a child was in Taylor's vehicle at the time of the crash.

Police said the motorcyclist later died at the hospital.
